“BEST 30TH EVER. Madeline handled everything from beginning to end and completely understood my vibe, aesthetic, and budget. She made sure she knew my top three priorities and exactly how involved I wanted to be. It felt like planning with a best friend.

I sent her my Pinterest board and she took it from there. She pitched themes and we landed on ‘Wigs & Cigs’ (which she had even done for her own 30th). My whole family and my boyfriend’s family were in town, so there were a lot of moving parts and changing numbers, and she took all of that off my plate. She even stepped in to communicate with my (very needy) Mom during a crazy work week for me.

She coordinated and recommended hotels, made sure everyone’s flights and schedules lined up, handled the pregame, dinner, coolest cake ideas (and placed the order), booked a burlesque show, and gave us great local recs for after. It was my favorite birthday HANDS DOWN. My friends and family kept asking how I pulled it off. I didn’t. She did.

“I found Madeline when I was completely overwhelmed trying to plan a Chicago bachelorette for 11 girls from three different cities. We had dates but no plan, and every restaurant I called was either booked or wanted a huge minimum.

I sent her our dates, budget, and a rough vibe (‘fun and elevated, not tacky’) and she came back with a full weekend itinerary: hotel suggestions, welcome drinks, dinner and brunch reservations, a boat day option, and a loose bar crawl that actually made sense with our timing. She even told us what outfits made sense for each night and kept everyone updated so I didn’t have to be in the group chat 24/7.
